Our Story
Pay It Forward Investments was established in 2017 with the goal of making real estate investments and business services more humane. The lack of quality help that truly creates a win-win scenario for homeowners and business owners was alarming.
We found ourselves helping homeowners who were misled or outright cheated because not all the options or not enough available options were presented. Business owners that had start-ups or new businesses that could not get credit or money for the business to grow. To some, a homeowner or entrepreneur is just a number or an application that affects the bottom line.
We understand that those are Mothers and Fathers with families that find themselves in difficult times or just need proper direction. Someone on their team that benefits if and only when they benefit. As a business owner and real estate investor, I have found myself in every situation possible. I have had my shares of success starting businesses and my shares of failures that most business owners may go through. What I know from my experiences is that creating valuable relationships is key to sustaining success. My vision was to create a company that helped people that wanted to sustain their success and live out their dreams. Starting a business and owning a home are some of the biggest dreams in life. When I had struggles with both on my journey I realized help was just not readily available or just insufficient. I don’t just understand the problems from a practical sense, I lived through them and found all the true and tested ways to reach the success that we all demand and deserve.

Being a mother of 3 and wife has its own difficulties but adding in the pressure of life and you have a superwomen. I was a teen mom in high school with the world expecting me to fail and be a statistic. I knew chasing my dreams would be hard but failing was not an option. I managed to be a full time mom and run a successful business with my husband. In my life experiences I have found that the best way to have what you want is to never give up. Do not let what other people think of you or try to see you as, be your vision of yourself. I have always found a way and sometimes a way out of what looked like no way. I have taken all that experience and now have become part of a team dedicated to helping others.
